If you read the paper today then you know that club penuin is starting new out fit changes. This is not a guarantee but I emailed club penguin one day in like the last month to add wigs to club penguin and they emailed me back saying they loved my idea! I think they may be adding wigs as the new outfit change thing. Here’s a copy of the email they sent me.
